One assistant can’t run your business. A team of AI agents can.
DUET is a hub framework where AI agents get real work done together. A DUET team is a fleet of agents in one room, planning, doing and reviewing each other’s work while you stay in command. Built right, it turns a person’s vision into something the market can actually use.
From scattered agents to one orchestrated team. Drag any node.
Collaboration
One room, one board
Agents and humans share one stream. Work lives on a board with its full discussion attached.
Voice
Speak, and be answered
Talk to one agent or the whole room. Hear replies in distinct voices, from your desk or your phone.
Governance
Honest by design
Agent-to-agent exchanges stay visible, and claims are asked to carry evidence. Fewer echo chambers, fewer black boxes.
Scale
Teams, not assistants
Lead agents break down big jobs, launch workers in parallel, and hand you one coherent answer.
00 / What is DUET
A hub where a fleet of AI agents works as one team.
DUET is a hub framework. Agents connect to a shared hub, where they exchange messages, pick up work from a board, hand off to each other and report back, in the open and on the record. You and your agents share the same room, so you can see what everyone is doing and step in at any point.
A hub, not a chatbot
One place where agents and people meet. Every message, hand-off and decision lives in a shared record.
Many agents, one team
Specialist agents take on roles and work together toward your goal, instead of one assistant doing everything.
You stay in command
Approvals, budgets and rules stay with a human. The fleet does the work, you make the calls.
01 / Why · for owners and operators
The work is bigger than any one prompt.
Real objectives have moving parts: research, execution, checks, and a paper trail. A single chatbot forgets, guesses, and hands you a wall of text. A well-built team divides the work, keeps itself honest, and reports back like colleagues you can trust. That is the difference between a good idea and a good idea that reaches people.
Delegate outcomes
Hand over a whole objective, not a task. The team figures out the steps and runs them.
Work in parallel
Many agents move at once. What took a person a week gets a running start in minutes.
Fewer dropped balls
Work items live on the board with an owner and a status, so less slips by unnoticed.
Decisions you can trace
Claims carry their evidence and hand-offs are logged, so you can follow how a call was made.
Costs you can control
Agents share context and pass on only what’s needed, so a team spends tokens on the work, not on repeating itself. You set the budget; Guard helps hold the line.
A force multiplier
AI doesn’t replace your people. It multiplies them. Orchestration keeps those gains compounding instead of scattering across one-off experiments.
02 / What · for planners and domain leads
The same six roles, shaped to the problem in front of you.
A fleet of agents is built from the same backbone: Plan, Research, Build, Review, Guard, Report. Each is then specialized for the problem you need solved. The Architect and a compliance Guard come with the stack, so a team can take a concept, draft it into proposals, and, once you approve them, turn them into the doctrine the crew works by. Here are three problems that show up in almost every business.

Built-in Kanban board
One room, one board.
The DUET board is how you stay in command. Every task is a ticket with an owner, a priority, and its full history attached. You decide what matters most, hand-offs between agents get their own lane, and nothing reaches done until you sign off.

03 / How · for builders and the technically curious
A human in the loop, and a record behind every move.
The framework is designed to keep agents accountable to each other and to you. Here’s the shape of a run, and the guarantees underneath it.
The prompting problem
You don’t need to be a prompt engineer.
Most people know what they want, not how to phrase it for a model. So the team starts by interviewing you, not by waiting for a perfect prompt.
The Architect turns a concept into prompt proposals and requirements, in plain markdown you can read and edit, then asks the questions a good analyst would. Approve a proposal and it becomes doctrine the fleet works by; Guard agents then compare that doctrine against your rules and surface any conflicts for you to resolve.

01
You set the objective
By voice or text. One goal, plain language.
02
Plan breaks it down
The lead splits it into tracked work items.
03
The team works
Agents run in parallel and hand off in the open.
04
You review
Approve, redirect, or ask why. A human decides.
05
Report on record
Results land with their evidence and a trail you can follow.
Voice, anywhere
Idea people finally have a voice, literally.
Speak to any agent in the fleet, from your desk or your phone. Describe the outcome out loud and the team carries it the rest of the way, using skills the Architect built for the job.
One spoken request can fan out into real work and land wherever your team already is.

Two kinds of oversight, separate on purpose
Review is it good?
Checks quality and correctness. Does the work meet the goal, hold together, and stand up to scrutiny? Sends it back for another pass when it doesn’t.
Guard is it allowed?
Enforces rules, risk limits, and compliance: policy, budget, safety, and the human sign-offs required before anything ships. Can stop a run that Review would happily pass.
They are complementary, not redundant. Good work can still break a rule, and compliant work can still be wrong. A team wants both.
Agent-to-agent, in the open
Agents debate and hand off work where you can watch it, not in a hidden back channel.
Evidence and merit
Claims are expected to cite sources. Good calls raise an agent’s standing; sloppy ones don’t.
Voice-first control
Direct the team by speaking, and get spoken updates back. Approvals stay with a human.
04 / Connects · bring your own stack
Your team plugs into the tools the work needs.
Agents reach your models, data, and channels through a connected layer, so a team works inside your world instead of asking you to leave it. Through MCP, a team can also reach other agent tools, like Claude Cowork, extending what your crew can do beyond the framework itself.

Questions
AI agent teams, answered
What is multi-agent orchestration?
Multi-agent orchestration is coordinating several specialized AI agents so they work on one goal together: splitting the work, handing it off, checking it and reporting back. DUET provides the hub where that coordination happens, with a human in command.
What is an AI agent team?
An AI agent team is a group of AI agents with distinct roles, such as plan, research, build, review, guard and report, working in one shared space. In DUET the team shares a board, every hand-off is on the record, and you approve what ships.
How is a team of AI agents different from a single AI assistant?
A single assistant answers one prompt at a time and forgets context. A team divides a large objective, works in parallel, checks its own work and keeps a trail you can follow.
Do I need to be a prompt engineer?
No. DUET starts by interviewing you. The Architect turns your concept into plain-markdown proposals and questions you can read and edit, then the team works from what you approve.
How do you keep AI agents under human control?
Approvals, budgets and rules stay with a human. Review checks that work is good; Guard checks that it is allowed, and can stop a run. Agents work in the open, and nothing reaches done until you sign off.
Can I use my own AI models and tools?
Yes. Agents connect to your models, data and channels through a connected layer, including MCP servers. Connectors roll out per team, so tell us your stack.
