This website

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you enter. If you join the waitlist, see below. A third-party bot-protection service checks our forms and may process your IP address and browser signals for that purpose.

We do not sell your information

We never sell, rent, trade or otherwise hand over your personal information to third parties for money or for their own marketing. This is a firm policy, with no exceptions. That covers your email address, your name and every answer you give us. The only outside parties that touch your data are service providers who process it for us under our instructions, and the optional analytics and advertising tools you can accept or reject in the cookie banner.

The waitlist: what we collect

• Your email address, and your first and last name if you give them.
• The time you joined, and whether you ticked the box to receive updates (with the time and the wording shown).
• Optional answers you choose to give: role, company size, industry, intended use, AI agent experience, your part in the buying decision, timeline, deployment needs, models you use, company name or website, and free text about your first job for agents.
• Approximate location from your IP address (country, region, city, time zone), your network provider, browser language, browser type, the page you came from, and campaign tags in the link you used. We store a salted one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself.

We use this to decide who to onboard, to understand where interest comes from, to prevent abuse, and, only if you ticked the box, to email you DUET Teams updates. Every marketing email will carry an unsubscribe link. We keep waitlist records for up to 24 months, then delete them. To be removed sooner, use the contact form. We do not sell this information.

Cookies and similar technologies

Essential: our bot-protection service may set a security cookie to tell people from bots, and we store your cookie choice in a cookie named duet_consent for 12 months. These do not need consent.

With your permission only, and only after you accept, we load: Google Analytics (analytics category; cookies such as _ga and _ga_*) and the Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag (marketing category; cookies such as _fbp, bcookie and lidc). These providers receive your IP address, device and page-visit data and act under their own privacy policies. We do not send them your email address or phone number. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we keep marketing off.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. Withdrawing reloads the page and clears those cookies.

How long we keep it

Waitlist records: up to 24 months, then deleted. Contact form messages: as long as needed to answer you. To ask about your records, use the contact form.
